In addition to psychotherapy and coaching, In-Depth Wellness provides workshops and public talks on a variety of topics.  A guided exploration of stress management and healthy communication can lead to increased productivity at both the employee and organizational level. Workshops on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and implementing meaningful change can encourage satisfaction and increase motivation in your day to day reality.  Our lives move at a rapid pace, and many hard-working professionals struggle with conflict, miscommunication, or career burnout.

We understand the demands and expectations you and your staff face on a daily basis. If you are interested in having us join you at your workplace to facilitate a workshop or give a talk on any of the topics mentioned bellow, please contact us  so we can discuss your goals and options.
